Slide & Deck Toolbar

Summary

Two toolbars will be displayed above the slide area. 

The lefthand toolbar will provide action controls that effect the current or next slide. This toolbar is replicated in decktree as a context menu for each slide but without the edit button.

The righthand toolbar will provide controls for the entire deck.
