Replace "Fork" icon and terminology

Background
User feedback from the trials has reinforced that the Fork icon is an unfamiliar concept and icon. In particular, those who are not coders, do not recognise the Fork icon or understand what functionality it represents. Before creating help videos and documentation we should replace this icon.
Proposal
Having observed how people are using SlideWiki and research suitable concepts, we propose that we replace Fork with "Save a copy". While conceptually this does not represent all the functionality of "forking", we have not developed a full forking and branching system. We believe that experienced users will understand that SlideWiki is still linking copies/forks of decks through the information shown for the Origin of the deck and in the History tab.
We have reviewed suitable icons and feel that it would be best to avoid a Save disk icon as this could be confused with Save content edits. We therefore propose an icon based on concept of moving or exporting a deck by combing an arrow with the deck folder icon:

We can improve on the size/style of the icon when we are looking to improve others but we would like to remove the concept of forking from the UI as soon as possible to improve usability.
