(Duplicate) Set license for images – Via file-server + UI component

Hi . It is indeed a duplicate. I did not see the question at the time. A route and field would be good yes.

As this is about reusing the wikimedia commons dialog, a questions that has been answered and seems to be a duplicate of https://slidewiki.atlassian.net/browse/SWIK-1121#icft=SWIK-1121 , I'll close the ticket now. If this is not intended by you , please specify what you meant by this ticket and what differentiates it from the other one.

By uploading an image, the uploader (e.g. import-service) is forced to provide an license to the file-service. If the image itself has a license too (metadata), both are saved in the database item for the corresponding image. This item is requestable by the appropriate route in the file-service (owner of the file is included). Nevertheless, there is no route to change that information (as I can't make sure the information is valid).
So for the current status, only a dialog (frontend implementation) is missing to show the information to the user. But I haven't tested how third parties have implemented the license information (e.g. import-service). Thus, some end-to-end testing would be nice after this feature is implemented.
