Extend symbol list in Editor to include Greek characters

Description

The symbol list does not include common symbols, particularly /alpha /beta etc... This has been requested by users as symbols cannot be added (SWAQ-237, )

It looks like the special character list can be extended http://docs.cksource.com/ckeditor_api/symbols/src/plugins_specialchar_plugin.js.html

I just checked this plugin, it works and does like I said, but it doesn't include any search capabilitites for the symbols so it's kind of hard for the end user to locate their symbol. Otherwise, we could have a list of most useful symbols we'd like to support at least for now to make it more user-friendly by providing fewer options. Another desirable feature could be to keep a most recently used list of symbols like in mobile emoji keyboards, that would need further investigating.

I notice the priority is 'major', so I will propose a quick fix for review in a branch where I'll try this 'symbol' plugin. We can decide if we'd like it merged now and implement a more advanced solution aftewards.
