Cannot solve this easily - need SVG editor class - or replace width/height of SVG in import-service with 100% - better to wait for SVG editing solution

There are now resize boxes for SVG, but still needs some improvement/refinement (e.g. seems like there are 2 overlapping elements that get focus from drag/drop/resize library.
