Remove overview & activity tabs from profile page

Description

As not all lists are working on the profile page please can you remove the tab interface and just show the All decks listing. The page needs a heading of My Deck at the top as <h2>

Also request:

1. update deck image to thumbnail component and display first slide of the deck

2. add button linking to My Settings after username. Use Setting icon for the button (requested in user testing)

3. Remove social action buttons below the slide thumbnail as not yet working (like, comment, fork, download) unless you can connect them up!

4. change the link in the dropdown in the header to refer to this page as My Decks, not My profile (requested in user testing)

5. remove the heading tag from the user name in the dropdown list as this is showing in the hierarchical structure of the page.

Work is done.
Problems atm:

  • I assume the thumbnail image is already created with the image service - no creation before using

  • If the image url returns 404 there is just the standard error image

Whats about the public user page? Analog to my decks but with the name "Users decks"?
