Tabs names are overflowing on narrow screens

Description

1. no way to access tabs that are outside the width of the container
2. overflowing names are displayed outside of the tab

Possible a bug in Semantic UI or css implementation. Need to explore this further as it could be that we need to define a different layout for narrow screens.

Screenshots are or a 7 inch tablet in landscape and portrait. Behaviour confirmed on current build on an iPAD.
