Lists when using OEG theme

Description

When we create/import a deck and define its theme as OEG, it does not allow the creation of numbered lists.
It also loses a lot of the formatting when importing bulleted lists.

In the HTML code there is a lot of bloat with inline markup. This might be the cause. Perhaps use of OL, LI, UL or textblock elements prevents numbered lists...

It is losing formatting on lists inside lists. This is because the import service does not seem to display the content as such, but rather creates a new list and tabs it across. As such, it doesn't fit the rule for sub lists specified in the stylesheet. I guess this is probably a general problem across all imports from ppt, and I don't immediately know how to solve that.

I can't imagine why the theme would prevent numbered lists, although I could imagine that it might lose some formatting. Any thoughts as to this on edit mode?
