Target outcome (Statistics)

The following list of targeted outcomes is copied from the project proposal. I added some measurements to quantify these outcomes.

I already got answers from you on Slack but I created this page so we can refer to it anytime and update the data.

Please add any other suggestions, so we can have a complete list that can be used for evaluating SW at the end of the project.

1. Scale the SlideWiki service to millions of users (learners and educators).
