  • Can create Easy to Reader help page and slides with content provided by Accedes / trial partners as part of help information. 
  • can add link in the footer to "easy read" page. Adding the logo would need to wait until home page redesign

but a problem if they don't have an email address. Want a means to create accounts on behalf of people

Text to speech in presentations
  • Soton potentially have a plug in that could be adapted.
  • Not needed for trial but good for end of the project 
Improvements to importing decks
Part of general improvements to importing decks. Preservation of text format and images is especially important when importing Easy-to-read presentations.
7Easier to find Home Link (SW logo not a clear link back to home page)
In testing they have found the link ok. but will do further testing.
8Difficult to understand that on 3 thumbnails on view on Deck View page

We are working to implement a version of the deck tree with thumbnails 

  • this wil be useful
9Icons difficult to understand, particularly fork, language theme
  • ACC will provide feedback
10Renaming slides is difficult via the deck tree
Can now rename slides through the slide editor
11When importing a deck, check the size of the imported slide and warn if too large
