Use of testing VMs

Background

We are now having three test machines running in the FhG Cloud:

experimental.slidewiki.org
testing.slidewiki.org
stable.slidewiki.org

For those three machines I'd like to make the following #proposal:

1. experimental - mirrors the latest development, Travis builds and deploys to experimental each time new code is pushed to the main development branch
2. testing - mirrors the state of development after the last sprint, all testing of tasks that are on QA is done against testing
3. stable - runs a stable version of the system that can be shown to externals and on conferences etc. (you could call it release candidate)
